Patient’s First Visit

During your first visit at Dreamworks Dental and Orthodontics – Irving, our specialists will ask for related paperwork and your medical history. We ask that new patients bring in any related paperwork they may have during their first visit or have them emailed prior. Having your forms completed will help you save time during your initial dental visit. Our dentists will evaluate your smile and look for signs such as gum disease, plaque or tartar on your teeth. Depending on your oral health, treatment can start immediately, after your consultation, or on a selected day both you and your dentist decide on.

X-Rays

We ask that patients bring their X-Rays and paperwork from their previous provider to your first dental visit with us. Patients can request them and have them forwarded to us. If our dentists need additional X-Rays, then they will be taken in our facility.

Patient Finances

We help patients in our financing department by providing payment options they are comfortable with. At Dreamworks Dental and Orthodontics – Irving, we accept Visa, Discover Card, MasterCard, and other major credit cards as form of payment. Fees would be due at the time of treatment unless one of our staff members made prior arrangements. We also provide our Dreamworks Dental Savings Plan for families and single individuals. Insurance

At Dreamworks Dental and Orthodontics – Irving, we happily accept most insurances for our Irving patients. We recommend making sure your insurance is compatible with our office by calling our office prior to your dental visit. If you bring your forms in during your visit, we ask that your forms are up-to-date so you can receive immediate treatment.
